Tripshock!

Despite a rainy start and some initial delays, we were finally cleared for our banana raft ride with Tripshock in Destin. However, once we were in the water, the experience felt chaotic and unsafe. The waves were choppy, making it nearly impossible for the staff in the booth to see us, and I couldn’t see the jet ski driver either. My 10-year-old daughter was knocked off the raft and began crying, but no one came to check on her before a large wave forced us off. After returning to shore, the staff seemed unsure of what had happened, claiming no one saw her fall. Given the confusion and lack of supervision during the incident, I found the whole ordeal subpar. I would not recommend this to anyone and expect a refund for the poor value and safety concerns.
