The spa is very so - so. This was on a Wednesday so maybe different staff on the weekend. The facial therapist was rough as heck. Had to tell her two times to watch it. One time was when wiping offproduct - felt like she was digging to China and the second time was during the black head removal. She punched so hard it left a red spot. I just asked her to stop.

Massage was ok. I had written down looking for relaxation and she started with a deep pressure on my back. She actually seemed surprised when I told her I wanted a lot less pressure. Oh, she said , not deep tissue? So she hadn t read what I wrote. She also would not leave a knot alone and I told her to drop it. My friend, who came with me , however, liked her.

Facilities were nothing noteworthy. Can t think of anything that stuck out.
