Been in this community 30 years! Terrible horrible experiences. Came out for an emergency pump in September for my HOOT system and the tech wasn't trained in the system. Told us he would talk to the ONE person who they employ that is trained in the system and give us a call back if anything else was needed to be done. No calls so we assumed we were good to go. Now the system is backing up, they came out and surprise we have to pump it again? Why? Because they forgot to clean the filter!!!! So now I pay for 2 pumps in 3 months and also another visit fee because they were too busy to deal with it when they were there before. Turned our system OFF without telling us and then no show for appointment. Ended up saying it would be hours before someone would eventually show up just so they can charge me to do something they should have done the first time with the initial fee for the pump . Acted like they were doing us a favor by servicing tank! We fired them immediately and will be using another local HONEST company. Check out there BBB complaints!!! Very similar stories and yet they have no reaction to it. Beware!
