Our experience with Marshall Flooring has been wonderful. Our builder works directly with Kathy and she has been an absolute god send and joy to work with. Building a home is so scary and exciting, and Kathy did such a great job of putting our minds at ease and helping us by compartmentalizing one room at a time.
Her eye for design is impeccable and within a few minutes of meeting my husband and I she already figured out our aesthetic. The flooring was literally the first thing we chose for our new home, and we have designed and built the house around the flooring.
I could not have done it without Kathy, I have emailed her so many times or stopped by asking her opinion on various items, because I am unsure, and she is not only always helpful but gets back to me right away!
