SCAM: they charge with no consent and ghost you when seeking your rightful refund

I Joined for the 14 days trial at £2.99, cancelled as per T&C with more than 24notice and still I have been charged the full amount foto the following month £60!!! I wrote twice to customer service which Is supposed to respond in 48h and nothing, they are ghosting! I Will take It up with my bank,. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS
