I have been dealing with moderate to severe PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) for decades, have only recently been diagnosed and am starting to try and find ways in dealing with it. I recently got let go from Pacific Aero Tech because my PTSD was interfering with my production. I provided a Doctor's note notifying the employer of my issues after they brought up concerns with my productivity, but it seems to not have helped as they terminated my employment.
