Fry cooks need more training. Wings were undercooked, sent back, they remade them and I took them to go because of time restraints. When I went to eat them later, half were undercooked again. Fry cook wasn't experienced enough to realize the big wings need to be dropped longer than the small ones to cook them properly. FOH staff was very nice through the whole thing.
