Worst BMW dealership I have ever visited. I have been a BMW owner for the last 19 years and the service that I received from this dealership is by far the worst. Not only the lies and extra chargers that I got from the staff, but all also the lack of follow up. I will drive an hour away for service before I go back to this dealership. If you have not been to another BMW dealership you have not experience the BMW A+ service.
