Shocking customer service,agressive staff,very expensive up to 4 times dearer than other accredited translators for the same service,when i complained to manager,he threw it back on me and suggested that just because a document is stamped and signed by an accredited translator , does not make it genuine,seemed to suggest other translators apart from his staff could be crooks ,really .As far as my complaint to him about the way i was treated by one of his staff,as i said threw it back on me,and told me him and his staff stick together,this bloke should get custommer relations training
