My service place. Have to make appointments for service. Fairly quick to recieve/check in. Amount of time in service was a little less than predicted (that is a good thing). Car returned as it was given to them (except the driver's seat; I'm short and it is always adjusted ).
Waiting room has been adapted to the pandemic: seating spaced out, no coffee available, all staff is masked. Normally they have a espresso bar open outside, but that is shut for now. A few seats outside under the roof.
Parts help was amiable, showed me how to replace the battery in the 'smart' key. Explained the process of getting a spare key (costs more than the color printer I recently bought).
