I gave 2 stars because of the customer service.
But my father brought down his 2002 honda 919 there saying the carbs need to be cleaned (it's a fuel injected bike) saying it isn't running correctly and to get the clutch adjusted.
So sense it is a fuel injected bike and someone says it needs it's carbs cleaned I would think the techs there would think the is something wrong with the injectors. (That only makes sense because that's what I do on cars)
So we bring it in and it was there for a week.
Brought it home and my mother says it's leaking fuel.
So I bring it back Thursday morning and say I need it buy Tuesday sense they are moving.
So fast forward to Tuesdays I call and they say they just started to inspect it.
And to find out it needs new injectors (that would take a week to get there so I can't blame them on that)
Then I run out of gas on my way back! (They done even live 5 miles away)
And I know I put 2 gallons before I brought it in
But I will never bring a bike to get repaired there again.
But the customer service was nice
Very kind
Please fix your service department
I like your bikes but I can trust going there

Edit; returned to by a bike here in January and my time was amazing. Everything seems to be turned around and great. Thank you Tyler and Big Chris
