Took my truck into the service department to have the 10k checkup. Asked if they wash the vehicle afterwards. The answer...No!!

I needed to order parts from their parts department. Four times they have ordered the incorrect parts. One part was a tonneau cover striker, they handed me an O-ring and said that was the part. They charged me for parts that I did not receive although the invoice claimed that I had. For the price you pay at the dealer everything should be flawless and seamless. But not here!
