Horrible customer service and the manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. We setup pickups and they don t show up and when they do they don t take anything. I called several times and the manager hung up on my wife. Now they won t stop harassing her calling her non stop to apologize. Absolutely terrible non profit. Will never donate to them again
