we been with Ptera for more then 3 years,because we have no other options
the first 6 month everything was perfect, but after that is been one problem after another
customer service is okay, but i will rather have a good service and not have to talk to them ,then have a good customer service.update,04/04/2018, the last 8 months our internet its been perfect!
