It is impossible for a service like this to be so complicated to access and to be served. They do not give you the option of attending by phone and they send you by appointment or mail supposedly faster the mail but .. it is a laugh they tell you that 72 hours at most to answer because it is a lie. I am waiting for a response to A simple question which is urgent, I will have to introduce myself there and see ..
