I am so glad that I spoke with Roxy she is a rockstar and so very pleasant and got me a better rates on my insurance which I'm sure everybody would appreciate because I was almost ready to go somewhere else and she called me back and left me a very nice voice mail informing me that my insurance would can so at midnight tonight so I appreciate that so I was able to call her back and pay for my insurance so I didn't have elapsed I wish all insurance agents were as nice as she was
