I have had a claim with this company that has been ongoing for past 2 years. I have had several case handlers and had to chase them up to find out what is going on with my case. You cannot contact the claim handler because the direct line rings for a few seconds then cuts off. The main office phone just continually rings. After 25 minutes I gave up. The service they provide is dire. When you do actually get to speak to them they are quite rude. They also never reply to emails. My insurance company engaged these. They don't seem to learn from their mistakes. Review after review are complaining about contact and service and still there appears to be no improvement. Engage at your peril. Had to give them 1 star. Couldn't post until a star was selected!
