NEVER EVER will I do business with them. After looking online at a van, I tried to get a hold of someone I had been talking with to see if the vehicle was still available. I was told to just come in. I ended up calling the actual dealership on my way there just to verify that the van was available (I'm a pregnant mother of 2 and time is not something I enjoy wasting) and I was told that it was indeed available. I arrived at the dealership 15 mins after I called and verified and not only had the van I was seeking sold, it wasn't even on their lot (meaning it had been gone for a while).

I was then pointed in the direction of a van that cost $4k more than the one I had my eye on. They didn't have a key for the said van so I wasn't even able to look at it for over an hour. I was informed that the van had x amount of miles and it ended up being double the amount stated. They tried to work a deal, but when I found out that that van was listed for $1k less online, they were no longer willing to negotiate anything. They wouldn't offer me more for my trade in (offered $2500 less than kbb trade in value). The thing that irritates me most is that I clearly told them I would not pay for the sticker price they had it listed at, as I could easily buy a brand NEW van of the same class for $500 more, yet, they kept insisting that they were willing to make a deal. A complete waste of my Saturday. I find it very distasteful the desperation to make a sale when you're lying to get someone in your door. I will not return with my business and I will be sure to inform all those I know of the experience I had with your facility. Definitely not the experience I had in mind.
