This historic Bar has always been a meeting point for travelers, visitors and locals. The colonial structure is spread over three floors and offers a very bohemian atmosphere. The top floor has a terrace which is perfect for enjoying the sunset over the Mekong. Excellent choice of wines and also good cocktails. I also tried the food and the pizza was definitely good. Staff prepared but not particularly kind.
The only flaw is the quite high prices considering the city average. However to visit at sunset when a Happy Hour is active with a 50% discount.
