Richmond BMW has been taking of my automotive needs since mile one and have yet to hit a speed bump. My last service was pretty routine and effortless. As my service advisor for over four years, Tim Peterson has my utmost respect. He always makes certain everything is spot on... And if there has ever been a problem, he and the staff of Ric/BMW have always been fast and happy to remedy it.

Years ago, a sales associate sold me a BMW. I don't need another sales associate to convince me about Bavarian motors or dealerships. Ric/BMW's service department has done that with aplomb.
