This was my first experience with Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham. I met first with Greg Melanson who was very professional and extremely helpful right from the start. Greg arranged to have the car I wanted to look at it be driven in from Sharon. He always answered my calls and returned my calls very promptly, even after the sale. He did a wonderful job explaining everything. He was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend choosing Greg as your salesman. I just bought my very first RX 350 from Herb Chambers Lexus of with no pressure or gimmicks! Greg Melanson did everything he could to prepare my Lexus for pick up, even the big red bow on top!
