Complete disappointment. Stay there at Christmas time and a lot of homeless wondering in the lobby. It's across the bus station so homeless come in and hang out to stay warm. The security was weak so any one can go up the elevator or the staircase, I've stayed at this hotel many times but I guess new ownership has effected security. They said they were going to improve the security so I wonder if it's been completed yet.
