While not representing us in a house sale they were representing the people we were buying from. Throughout the process they seemed to display a complete apathy towards the sale of the property and on the day that all parties in the chain identified as wanting to exchange they somehow managed to go AWOL from the office and didn't take a call from any party, estate agent or solicitor for the last 5 hours of the day.
This is despite knowing of the date all parties wanted for several weeks. They also failed to send on documents because they failed to check document sizes, read emails marked urgent or just be any help in general from ours and our sellers experience.

Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
