Late night check in was easy. App option was thank...

Late night check in was easy. App option was thankfully bypassed by an actual person! King room on 11th floor was great. No toothbrushes or paste in the "sundries" corner, and bottles of water in room (2) should be free to all not just "members", are what I saw to be lacking.
