We are owners with the timeshare and in all the years we have been coming here we have never had issues with checking in and the room not being ready. They tried to make us wait 1 and a half hours for the room and we got here at least an hour after check in time began. We ebded up switching rooms after we had to comolain about the wait time. Next we requested and paid for a cabana on the end at the water park and they did not accommodate with that either. Overall this place is slowly going down hill and my family will soon start looking for another location to vacation.
