I didn't think I like hot yoga until I tried Zuda....

I didn't think I like hot yoga until I tried Zuda. The studio is beautiful, the staff friendly and the teachers are fabulous. Each class is slightly different so you can really grow in your practice. I love that there are assistants in each class to helmp make adjustments.
