i got 2 calls from this company so I called back. transferred 3 times even tho I had the name and ext # of person who called me, then found they are looking for a diff person with same last name. couldn't tell me how my number got assoc to acct and who they were collecting for. seemed very odd that they couldn't or wouldn't provide this info.
