Traveler beware! My family had a trip planned with them for March, which no one could take because they closed their property due to COVID-19 concerns. They refuse to refund the money that was prepaid for the stay. They claim we can rebook with them, but you can't get in touch with anyone to try, and besides, it's still unsafe to travel. Travel providers all over the world are providing refunds right now, but this company can't even offer a bare minimum level of customer service. Instead of creating goodwill and future bookings because they did the right thing, they're instead choosing to scam people out of their money.
