Review of Westin New Orleans

Good things:

Good things:
- Staff were friendly
- Room was clean and has a great view

Issues:
- 20 minute wait in valet
- Valet offered no assistance even opening the door
- There was no soap in the bathroom. I tried requesting but no one brought it. Room was cleaned but still no soap. Finally brought the next night.
- Dirty glasses was not replaced during service.
- Phone was not working. Engineer came up and told me just press 0 cause it is not properly set up.
- USB charging station on both side of the bed was not working.
- No refrigerator even it says on our table that it is located under the tv. Called and operator did not believed me at first.
- Usually have to call multiple times cause no one was picking up.
- Response to chat are very slow.

I think the hotel needs more staff to meet guest demands. Renovated rooms should be checked and made sure that everything is working.
