Worst experience of my life. I had to admit my daughter due to a bacterial infection. They couldn't give clear instructions. The policy stated that she had to be there a week on antibiotics which was fine. The problems came when they wanted to add another week just to milk my tri care insurance and get a reaction out of me due to the stress I was under. My daughters progress was exceptional. The antibiotics she was on worked. Why keep her when clearly you see she is responding well to the antibiotics ?However, knowing that they wanted to keep her longer than expected made me upset when they knew as nurses she was up and running. Certain nurses would bother my kid all thru the day. She was already tired and in pain due to the staph in her leg. They had to reinsert her Iv which is still a sore spot. And to add insult to injury upon leaving one of the nurses said a very racist slur to me about me being so dark that she couldn't see me. I was standing by a window and the sun was shining so of course you wouldn't be able to see anyone. I hated my entire stay. They were very fake and showed fake concern. I'll never forget this experience. Also, petting on my child like she was in a petty zoo, called her crazy cause she was so happy. Rubbing thru her hair like they've never seen a beautiful black baby before. Then when they saw how smart she was they wanna down play me as a parent like Wow! Your so smart and things of that caliber. I despise this place and God's will I will not come back to this hateful hospital. If I could rate this hospital it would be negative. They don't really know how to show empathy. I forgive them and I pray those individuals get their hearts right with God.
