Terrible customer service... sales team called me ...

Terrible customer service... sales team called me MULTIPLE times for a week wanting to know if I was going to make it in on the coming Saturday to look at a Jeep.I talked to Jessica around 7:30 on Friday night and I confirmed I would be there around 10 am on Saturday . It was 3 and a half hour drive. I was less then 30 mins from the dealership and they called to tell me they sold it! Total waste of a 7 hr round trip that could have been avoided. I never write reviews and I wish I could rate them with no stars!!!
