My experience with this business with my realtor Sherry Braslau was excellent. Not only did I receive a fair value for my property but her advice in guiding me through this whole process was invaluable. Her professionalism was phenomenal, from keeping me updated with how the market was doing and how the property would be listed, to what things should be done to improve and maximize the value of sale of the property; she always had my best interests in mind. Whenever I had a question, whether it pertained to potential buyers, how much the asking price should change, or any concerns about the closing contract, she responded in a timely manner. She took the apprehension away from selling my property from the beginning to the end of the experience. I highly recommend Sherry and this business without any reservations and will definitely seek her services next time I plan to buy or sell any real estate.
