we wait EXTRA 30 minutes for our appointment and they don't care but when we are late they reschedule the whole appointment. when you come here you do nothing but wait. When I ask the reason for my wait they don't have any answer. No one knows what they are doing. Someone needs to do something. They took us in and we wait 2 MORE hours. That's not fair.
