Extremely poor customer service. Ford was required to purchase my car back on the lemon law. Tenvoorde has made the experience extremely difficult. It has been 3 weeks since my buy back, and they still have not paid me monies owed. Furthermore, while I owned the Ford Focus, Tenvoorde did nothing to stand by the transmission problem that I dealt with over and over. Thank goodness Minnesota has a lemon law to file complaints with. But I am still owed several hundred dollars from Tenvoorde and every time I call I'm told "It's in process." I would encourage you to never deal with Tenvoorde.
