A Better Blind installed faux wood blinds in all of our bedrooms, bathrooms and den when we built our home 4 1/2 years ago. The tilt mechanism broke a few months ago in one of the windows. I was concerned I may have to replace the whole blind but after some research I realized I could just replace the part, but I didn't know which one to buy. I emailed the company to see if they could advise me what kind of replacement part to purchase. I received a prompt response, telling me that they would send me the part. The part with clear instructions came in the mail about 2 days later. My husband and I removed the old tilt mechanism and installed the new one. Easy and fast fix and didn't cost me anything! Great customer service!
