The service I had was for tires. I was in earlier in the week for an oil change and instead of getting my current mileage the service writer used my oil change mileage. Well I drive a lot and the difference was 200 miles. So now my warranty will be short by 200 miles. I also must make another trip because instead of using the tape weights for the inside of the rim they put on the weights on the outside and they fell off on 3 of the tires. The waiting room is nice and I enjoyed the snacks they have out as well. Although the service writer was obviously too busy, since he couldn't even get my current mileage, he was kind and respectful.
