Tried to get in touch with them to ensure my appointment was good and to discuss with them the particulars, but was only able to leave a voice mail asking them to return call and then had to leave to make my appointment as it was 1.5 hours away. Did not hear from them at all during the drive and arrived only to find I would have to leave my computer which was unacceptable. Had I been able to either speak to them or have them return my voice mail, I would not have bothered with the trip. Total waste of my time and gas. After leaving they had the nerve to send a message blaming it on "just now received your voice mail"...right. BS, but IF true, they need new phone service.
Unprofessional. I would not consider doing business with them. Shop around for better service.
