I absolutely love my Pure Energy windows. They are of the highest quality and look fabulous. I had some hiccups with the installers for they seemed rushed and failed to inform me about damage they made to my walls, floors, and blinds. However with a call to my salesman, they sent someone out for repairs. I noticed another item that requires repair but confident Pure Energy will resolve. With their willingness to right any wrongs and the quality of window, I would highly recommend.
