You guys are down right horrible I've been a loyal Xbox customer since the beginning and now you have just lost me due to the incompetence of your management and service support!!! There is no reason why a company that make billions of dollars cant help with a issue that wasn't even my fault!!! So I hope you guys are happy with your services!!! Please if you are thinking about getting any Xbox console don't in the end it will be a waste of money and they don't care if your loyal customers or not which is sad!!!
