I Have to leave a review, because I had a completely positive experience with ServPro Asheville East & West!!!! I had water damage in the basement of my rental property from grease in the kitchen pipes. The pipes Exploded apart under the house after my renters added drain cleaner. By the time I found out there was bio hazardous materiel, grease, and mold to deal with.Other disaster relief companies would not even return my call. ServPro was very polite, responded immediately, completed the job properly and promptly, And filed the insurance!The entire process really went seamlessly without one single hitch.They were so pleasant, and completely competent. Thank you all for your fantastic job! I hope I never get into a mess like that again, but if I do, I'm calling ServPro, and no one else! I highly recommend them.
