Poor customer service. Paid premium for next day delivery. Tracking no. not valid. Eventually got through to sleepy someone in Atlanta, Georgia who unconvincingly said they would do something. Bearing in mind it's 0430hrs there it doesnt seem likely. I am in UK at 0930hrs
Having now read other Gooogle reviews would suggest others avoid this company and save themselves the time and expense.
