I am giving 5 stars to the "group executive" Kyla due to her immediate response to an issue I had with my locker being cut (rented and prepaid) with several hundred dollars worth of items. She showed concern, she listened, she smiled, she was nothing short of great. If you have an issue with the YMCA this is the Lady to speak with. Thank you Kyla! All we need now is a fair and balanced news Chanel and were golden. (I know your working on it) Whatever they pay you my friend, it's not enough. Tony
