Sold me a Lexus w 10k miles on it that was out of alignment. Pushed another $2900 extended warranty on me, then didn t honor it. I drove the car less than 6k miles and less than one year and the tires wouldn t pass inspection because they wore so badly. The car was parked in my garage. Not driven other than taking child to school and grocery store. Driver select didn t value me as a customer enough to even cover 1/2 the $1100 I spent on new tires RIGHT after giving them $30K for a vehicle. I will NEVER buy another car from them. Wes at customer service has an attitude and does not care or believe customers even in extenuating circumstances.

Wes, there is NO CONFUSION here. It is evident you could care less about good Will towards customers who patronize your place of business. You guys won t even return my call or even attempt to make this right. All I asked was for a prorated reimbursement for the cost of tires I should not of had to put on the vehicle. I guess losing a hundred thousand dollars in business (I have a large family) is worth the few hundred bucks that would ve made this right w me as a customer.
