Initially after purchasing my vehicle in January thru FC Kerbeck I was pleased and excited.So much so that I referred a few ppl there.After about 4weeks of having the vehicle (2011 Gmc terrain) I started experiencing problems with it.such as the motor in the windows was rolling up slow,check engine light coming on,rotors were bad.So I took in back to have them service it.Was told I was good to go.....well I am now in my 4th month of having the vehicle and now the service airbag light is on,motor in Windows still moving slow,A.C. doesn't work,and I'm getting a rattling noise as I turn the corners.i tried to take it back yet again to have these things taken care of,but was told that since my 3 month warranty expired,I would have to pay out of pocket.Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't these problems that should be been checked for b4 selling the vehicle to a customer, and if they were "supposedly" fixed why am I still having issues?I will never as long as I am alive deal with FC kerbeck ever again.Im gonna take this lost and while doing so going to every social media sight and let PPL know just how greasy and slimy kerbeck treats their customers.i will warn PPL ahead of time b4 they go.DONT LET WHAT HAPPENED TO ME,HAPPEN TO YOU.They don't care about u or ur issues they just looking for a sale. OH DID I MENTION THEY HAD MY CAR FOR A WEEK B4 THEY TOLD ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT,AND HAD MY HUSBAND CAR FOR 8WEEKS FOR A PART THAT NEVER GOT ORDERED SO WE TOWED IT OUTTA THERE TO A PLACE IN GLOUCESTER CITY T HT WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN 1DAY.AGAIN FC KERBECK SUCKS,DON'T WASTE UR TIME AND OR MONEY.
