Proseg information security

I have been using Proseg information security for a while now and I must say they are average at best. While their services are reliable, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their customer support and the effectiveness of their solutions. The company website prosegis.com is easy to use, but it lacks some important information. Overall, I would rate them as an average security company.
