Ramon was Outstanding! I almost canceled my entire stay after conversing with an employee on October 30th at 9pm, he was extremely rude and couldn t/wouldn t even make a easy hotel reservation for me (he refused). Having had worked for Hilton at the front desk for over half a decade it was surprising that a front desk agent wouldn t even help me with such a simple task. Ramon stepped in where the other staff member let me down! I actually look forward to my stay now thanks to Ramon! Very Happy :)
