I don't even know where to Start.

I don't even know where to Start.

Went to just look at a used truck (2017, 38k miles) that I found through carfax. Sent a message off the carfax website and Joe (sales manager) texted me back nearly 10 minutes later... Granted it was 930 at night. This was on a Thursday. Friday they sent me personal made videos about the truck, shown me everything I wanted to see. Now I thought to myself they were baiting me.... But no they were showing exceptional customer service. Answer every question I had via text and very responsive. Made an appointment on sat, wasn't the first truck I looked at, actually came straight from another dealership, this was the second truck I was interested in. The first dealership was a disaster.

Get to the dealership, truck was washed and ready front line for me, unlocked. (I was early) I got to sit in the truck for over 30 minutes, undisturbed, taking my time feeling out the truck. Absolutely fell in love with it. Finally the time for my appointment arrived and Tharrington met me at the truck with the keys. I got to play with it. Rev it, turn it on, walk around it soak it all up. We talked for a bit, great customer service, friendly and honest. He was so helpful and resourceful.

Found a few minor issues with the truck I wanted fixed if I was to buy.... Immediately he rushed Joe (sales manager out) and agreed to fix anything I thought was an issue immediately. Excellent salesman, friendly upfront striagbt up no bs kind of guy. Loved his attitude his positivity and energy. Then Joe disappeared.

Tharrington let me drive the truck as long as I wanted till I needed to feel the decision I needed to make. Spent 6ish hours the first day. They made the visit extremely comfortable. Tharrington stayed with me the entire time, no pressuring, no disappearing no bad energy.

Time to make a deal, after about 6 hours, back and forth, Joe helping and advising and tharrington allowing me to take my time they made an offer I couldn't refuse (was exactly what I was looking for.) and told me to take a few days and sleep on it.... Telling me if I wasnt ready take time to discuss it with the wife over dinner and relaxation. So the wife and I did that.

We talked it over, we felt no pressure... We were very happy. They didnt hound me through out the night, didn't pressure me with phone calls or texts... They just let me be. Was amazing.

Came back the next day and we accepted the deal. For the first time in my life after buying many cars, I felt the best treated, got an amazing deal and met with respect from the start. They gave us a hell of a deal on our trade in (we had positive equity, alot) We also got an amazing deal on a basically brand new 2017 dodge ram for under kbb price with a 100k 7 year certified warranty basically bumper to bumper. These guys worked hard to come to this deal with me and I couldn't be more impressed.

So bought the truck Sunday, they put a bow on it, wife and I took pictures just over all had a blast. But that's not it. Joe fixed everything I had wrong with the truck.... They called me!!! Called me on Monday said hey bring the truck in we will fix everything and give you a rental. I was floored... They actually called me?????

I know, too long of a review... But I'm thankful for such a pleasant honorable experience at a place that is hard to make a sound decision... I was comfortable, well taken care of and there is absolutely no regrets on my purchase.

Thank you Joe and Tharrington for everything. I love my new truck.

Joe and tharrington are welcome over for a beer or dinner any time at the house. You guys rock!
