If I could rate this place a negative 5 if I could...

If I could rate this place a negative 5 if I could! The doctors are good, but the rest of the staff is HORRIBLE! They re all so rude, insensitive and slow! My son and his girlfriend were in a terrible car accident and brought by ambulance. Took me calling 3 times for someone to even find them in the hospital. First 2 times I was told to try a different hospital because they weren t at Bayview when I knew for a fact they were. They kept trying to tell me I couldn t be there with my son, who is 17! And they refused to let anyone in to see his girlfriend because she s 19. How do they expect anyone, at any age, who has just been through a trauma, with multiple injuries, multiple procedures and heavily drugged on narcotics to even make coherent decisions?!? We were here for 10 days and most of the nurses acted like my son was being a baby for needing pain meds, took an hour or more to respond to requests for meds and/or needing help. Zero compassion or care in this place! The majority of the nurses should be fired! Oh and our room was only cleaned twice during our 10 day stay and during COVID! What s the point of wearing masks and social distancing if they re not even going to clean the facility!? This is literally the worst hospital!
