I walked in not expecting any of what I actually received. I am use to the typical car lot where the dealers and sales men are just trying to get you to BUY, BUY, BUT without taking into consideration your personal situation and what will actually work and be best for you. My sales man Shermon Sanders was genuinely an all around great guy. He was easy to converse with and made it very easy for me to trust in him and get to the bottom of why I was there and what my main concerns were in looking for a vehicle. Himself as well as the finance manager David Lail were FABULOUS. They worked with me on all ends from negotiating my price, to negotiating my payments, and inevitably doing the impossible. In my case, that was taking and helping a person with HORRIBLE credit and with a huge amount of equity still owed and getting me into a Beautiful Brand NEW 2013 Honda Accord with only 85 miles. I walked in with the mindset of not being able to walk out with a "new" (used) car and walked out with a "new" NEW car. I am beyond pleased with the service, with the people, with the entire buying experience. Rayven in the call center was so sweet and Holly was fabulous as well in ensuring that my needs are met and following up with me even after the buying experience was over with. All I can say is THANK You, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I would definitely recommend Sam Swope ANY DAY!
