Bungalows that are not on the first beach row are ...

Bungalows that are not on the first beach row are dated, especially the bathrooms. Hot water needs forever to come. Terrace is nice and comfy though and the greenery around the bungalows is nicely arranged.
Entertainment staff is superb, engaging and hard working. Loved the mixed ethnicity; European and Dominican animators.
Food is great, great variety and of great taste. Chef is doing one heck of a job there. Oh, I love they serve coffee from the machine all day long and it is part of the all inclusive system.
Waiters are the best; most of them smiling, joking, dancing, having fun.
The beach is great, caribbean clean azur waters as expected.
Down part are guest relation people that don't really know the meaning of their job - I only asked to get the daily activity information and in 3 days they were not able to provide it. I eventually gave up. Another thing that disturbed me, was, when I addressed them with an unpleasant issue they suddenly didn't speak english anymore.
People working in such resort as guest relation, should at least speak english (beside their native spanish)
